After experiencing poor-quality services from an unqualified provider recommended through a governmental agency, we saw firsthand what happens when organizations and individuals are treated like numbers instead of people. The experience highlighted gaps in communication, accountability, accessibility, and genuine support. Rather than accepting those shortcomings, we decided to become part of the solution.
Thriving Successfully was created to serve as the bridge between vision and execution, between barriers and opportunities, and between communities and the resources they deserve. We believe individuals, nonprofits, businesses, and agencies deserve services that are thoughtful, person-centered, culturally responsive, and focused on real outcomes.
